Public relations growing fast in the industry P ublic relations is currently growing very fast in the media industry, this is because more and more companies are realizing its worth and importance within an organization. As a Public Relations student I am motivated with what PR companies such as 00h12, Bloom Marketing, Blue Moon, Catalyst communications do to make the industry grow. 10 years ago PR was not taken seriously but now things have changed for the better. With the leading company P & P communications which offers PR services for companies from all walks of life. There have been 7.9 growths in PR within industries. According to Public Relations Institute of South Africa (PRISA) the skills required in Public Relations is networking skills, writing skills, collaborative Aptitude, Analytical Foresight, world awareness, ability to priorities, organizational adeptness and strength of character. Public Relation is growing mainly because news consumption is also growing and becoming very important in our societies. PR Daily provides public relations professionals, social media specialists and marketing communicators with a daily news feed. I am looking forward to start working in the PR industries in South Africa and contribute for a better South Africa.

Precious Moli-Motsepe

 It is so beautiful and breathe taking to watch women take over and work for themselves. Our parents grew up in a society where women had to depend on their significant other to make money and be a success. However, now we as females have the same opportunities as we are lucky enough to make  decisions for our selves and use each and every opportunity that comes or way. Independent women such as Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Precious Moli-Motsepe who is an Executive Chairperson for African Fashion International have set such a beautiful example to us young females to follow. We should look up to these people and get into the mentality of entrepreneurship at a young age.  We should grasp as much as we can from these hard working females and learn from them.
